Income Security Advocacy Centre (ISAC) is a specialty legal clinic and does NOT provide legal services to the general public. Individuals who require legal advice or assistance will be re-directed to their local community legal clinic. You can find out which legal clinic serves your community at the Legal Aid Ontario website.
• We are continuing to assist current clients (co-counseling with other clinics) via telephone and email.
• At the moment, the clinic continues to operate remotely. Mail is being picked up on weekly basis.
• We continue to provide summary advice/brief services to our colleagues within the legal aid clinic system.
• We continue to take on appellate work based on a case by case assessment of timelines.
