ISAC is always interested in hearing stories from people who have experiences with social assistance to show the impact of poverty and income insecurity on real life.
ISAC may share stories in any of the following ways:
- Through our newsletters, annual reports, social media, and website.
- Written into government submissions, and in meetings and in conversations with elected members of the government and bureaucrats.
- Through the media, in letters to editors, op-eds, interviews, and press releases.
- At meetings and in conversations with the broader communities we serve, with community legal clinics, and with coalition partners.
Sharing your story is voluntary, and will not impact whether or not you receive services from ISAC. To find out more about how we carry out our work, click here.
