Members

ISAC’s work is supported by our members.
Membership is free and valid for a 3 year term that expires on March 31 three years from when Membership is approved by the Board. Membership is renewable every three years.

We welcome the participation of individuals who share our goals and objectives and are interested in advancing our common message within your own communities and with our elected officials. Together, our common voices are strong.

Who Can Become a Member
Individuals over the age of eighteen (18), who, at the time of applying for Membership and throughout your time as Member, live or work within the boundaries of the Province of Ontario, support ISAC’s Vision, Mission and Mandate, and don’t have a conflict of interest or conflict of loyalty with ISAC may apply to become voting members of ISAC.

You can apply for ISAC membership or renew your ISAC membership by:

  • Completing online Membership/Renewal Application form below (scroll down)
  • Downloading and filling out our Membership Form. You can send the completed form to our office by email to info@isac.clcj.ca, by fax at 416-597-5821, or by mail to ISAC, 1500-55 University Avenue, Toronto, ON, M5J 2H7.

Please note that completed applications will be reviewed by the Board of Directors or such persons as may be designated by the Board of Directors to determine whether the membership criteria are met. Timeframe for processing membership applications will be no more than 90 days for applicants to be considered and informed about their application status.

Membership takes effect when it is approved by the Board of Directors or such persons as may be designated by the Board of Directors. 

Membership Benefits
As a member, you will receive updates on clinic activities and initiatives, have voting privileges at our membership meetings, and the right to stand for election to our volunteer Board of Directors.
