ISAC has an opening for a permanent Executive Director position.
We are seeking an Executive Director who, with the Office Manager, will lead a team of approximately 7 unionized staff located in Toronto.
The Executive Director is responsible for ongoing administration, policy analysis/law reform, community organizing and all aspects of advocacy activities to assure effective delivery of ISAC’s mandate in an anti-oppression, anti-racism environment. The Executive Director will have a minimum of 10 years’ active litigation experience and 5 years’ experience managing teams and overseeing program budgets.
As a specialty clinic, ISAC works to advance the systemic interests and rights of low-income Ontarians. In particular, ISAC seeks to strengthen workers’ rights as well as federal and provincial income security programs such as OW, ODSP, OAS, EI and CPP.
